Refund policy

Our policy for returns and refunds is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted only for items damaged during transit and within 2 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the buyer must provide a clear and uninterrupted video of the item while unboxing the package. This video serves as proof of the damage.
  • Upon receipt and verification of the video evidence, we will process a refund to the original payment method or as a wallet credit in case of Cash on Delivery payments. The refund amount will be for the cost of the damaged item only.
  • Items that are not damaged in transit, or for which no unboxing video is provided, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
